Problem:
Dear support,
I’m new to AP. Exporting from AP to PPT seems to be a nice feature, especially if I think of doing a clasrrom training with the slides from my AP online training.
During my first trials I however found some issues:

  • some of the groups of objects in AP are not converted correctly and some of their parts are placed incorrectly in PPT.
  • there are purple headers and footers on each slide. Fortuneatly I can switch them off but I do not see any place where to style them.
  • independant from “Show In Mode” all elements are exportet to PPT. I would expect that, for example, a quiz result slide would not appear in PPT.

Regarding your issues, you can find the answers below:

  1. Can you send your project and its external data folder (named PROJECT_FILE_files) via support@atomisystems.com so we can take a look?
  2. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to style the purple headers and footers on each slide before exporting. However, you can style them manually in Microsoft PowerPoint as normal after exporting.
  3. Show in Mode feature is only applicable to Exporting to HTML5.
