# Error recording audio

Problem:hi, I recorded a 20 minute session (with some pauses).  
Now that I open the editor I have seen that the audio stops in the third minute. this is really embarrassing. In previous versions the webcam video was out of sync from the first few minutes (but I think it has been fixed with the new release).  
I use a 2.2GH acer cpu i7 notebook, a geforce geforce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card, AUKEY Webcam 1080P Full HD webcam, Sennheiser PC 8 USB headphones.  
has anyone had a problem like mine?

Hi,

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter so we can check?

You can find the log of ActivePresenter by going to **Preferences** \> **Miscellaneous** \> **View Log** button.

Thanks for sharing the log. It’s really strange since the duration of recorded video, audio, and webcam are very different in the log (2020-05-17 21:05:54, 2020-05-17 21:05:53, 2020-05-17 21:05:54). Sometimes, the FPS is too small. Can you please let us know what is the target application that you are recording?
