Please help me. When I try to export to PowerPoint, error messages appear.
(I use Windows 11 and Office365)
“Could not find any version of Microsoft PowerPoint. Please mke sure it was installed properly on this computer.”
“Failed to find CLSID of “Powerpoint.Application””

Hi David,
It seems this issue might be related to your Office365 settings. Could you try reinstalling it to see if that resolves the problem?
Regards,
The version of Office 365 that I use works directly in the web browser…

I wonder if that is the issue.
It is looking for an installation but cannot since you’re using the cloud.
That said - I use Office 365 as well but chose to also install a local copy as I prefer not to use the cloud versions.
Do you have a locally installed PowerPoint?
If not - it might be worth trying that if you plan to do a lot of exporting to PowerPoint.
The institution where I work only hired the web version of Office 365. However, I would really like to use this export feature. Is there any solution?

I did not have to pay anything extra to have a local copy. It was available with my purchase of 365.
I would ask your IT department to see if they would be willing to install it for you. If you’re doing this for work - it seems reasonable to support it.

Side topic…
I see some guitars on the wall in the background of your profile pic.
Is that work or home? Do you also play?
