It seems something went wrong with the graphics driver, but ActivePresenter displayed the error message incorrectly. Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter so we can check?
You can find the log file at:
C:\Users\<your_user_name>\AppData\Roaming\ActivePresenter\ActivePresenter.log
If you cannot attach the log here, you can send it to us at support@atomisystems.com.
