I have an odd issue since I downloaded Saola 2.0 : I simply can’t sign in.
It always returns me the same message : “There was an error connecting to the license server. Code:4. Message Socket operation timed out”.
My connection is ok, I even temporarly inactivated my firewall but I still have the same problem.
I can’t download Google fonts neither. Does anybody encounter the same situation ? Any idea ?
Check if the page https://app.atomisystems.com/ can be opened in Internet Explorer. If not, maybe you’re behind a proxy but it’s not configured properly. Please check the proxy settings in Internet Options > Connections tab > Lan Settings > Proxy Server section.
If you’re using any internet security software, please try turning it off temporarily then signing into Saola Animate again.
