Problem: I Recorded a video on another laptop but when i put it on an USB and transferred it to my laptop it says "can’t open file " (error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.)

Notes: It was just a video me and my friend recorded i just transfered it onto a different laptop using an usb and now it doesent work it was a really fun video i don’t know what to do.

For performance reasons, ActivePresenter stores large audio/video resources (greater than 50MB) of a project in a separate external data folder named PROJECT_FILE_files, which is relative to the project file location (see details in the image below):

So, make sure that when copying, moving or renaming a project file, you need to copy, move, or rename its data folder (if any) accordingly.
Please check again with your case.
Regarding OS, it means the operating system you’re using, for example, macOS, Windows, Linux, etc.
