Did I lose my license?

I didn’t receive a notice that my license was going to expire, but I think may have. I don’t ability to use blur which is usually an indication that I don’t have a license. Purchase a license is gray’d out and deactivate is available, which indicates that I do have a license. “About” indicates I have free upgraded until May 2026. I need some help determining if I need to re-activate or if my support contact expired and I wasn’t aware.

The license is perpetual, so please rest assured that you won’t lose it.
Regarding the blur effect, it is available in the Standard and Pro versions. To enable it, first select the video object by clicking on it in the Timeline or on the Canvas.

I can’t seem to upload a screen shot (probably due to some blocking on my company site), but my timeline doesn’t have the blur icon. It’s not on the line – gray’d out or otherwise. Timeline has “change playback speed” (the person running) icon and the next one is adjust volume icon. Blur is supposed to be in between those 2 icons, right?

You need to position the Playhead on the timeline and select the video object to enable the blur effect as shown in this video:
