Problem: I am new to Active Presenter and trying to figure it out. When trying to record my screen and I click lock to application, the application and recording boundary resize, but they don’t match. The recording boundary is much larger. And when I click the record button, I get an alert saying ‘The recording size is different from the project size.’
What am I doing wrong?

Maybe you have changed the lock mode (the button next to the application list) to Fit to Application so ActivePresenter automatically adjust recording area to follow the application window. Or some special applications don’t allow adjusting their application windows arbitrary. You can clear the Lock to application option and adjust the application window manually to make sure it fits the recording area.
