# CSS resource cannot be loaded

Every time I load a project in Saola, one specific CSS file won’t be loaded. So we need to manually add this CSS file to the project every time I open this project in Saola. Does anyone here know why this happens?

The file is titled: “_IE11mulan.css_”  
The contents of the CSS file are as follows (it’s pretty short):

```
@media all and (-ms-high-contrast: none), (-ms-high-contrast: active) {
    /* IE10+ CSS styles go here */

   .slidercontainer {
     position: absolute;
    background: #eee;
   }
}
```
