Crashing while editing videos

Problem:

The software is crashing while I am editing a project with a video in the background, I am using some forms with text to highlight some words said at video and when I click on Play button or Pause to the timeline it may crash and the project don’t save changes.

ActivePresenter version: 9.1.1

OS: Windows 10

If you see a crash report dialog appear, please fill in your email address and send the report.
Besides, to help you better, kindly share:

  • the project with its external data folder named PROJECT_FILE_files (if any) to support@atomisystems.com
  • the ActivePresenter log file. To view the log, click ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.

Hi,

The project is just a background video and some forms. It happens with any video in background.

There is no message error, just crash and don’t save backup project.

I share the log:

From yesterday to today I noticed that only happens when I click on Play/Pause button, if I click on Stop while is playing the project doesn’t crash, but when I want to Pause it does.

Hi,

Based on your log, we see that the memory has less disk space, so, please close other apps while working with ActivePresenter.
If the issue happens to many projects, kindly try uninstalling the graphics drive and reinstalling it again.
Also, it would be helpful if you can send us a sample project so that we can investigate the issue further.
