Crashes when I try to record audio

Problem: Whenever I try to record new audio or record over existing audio the program crashes immediately when I click on the red microphone icon.

ActivePresenter version: 8.3.2

OS: macOS 13.2.1

Notes: This has happened multiple times with multiple presentations. I restarted my computer and it still happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please share the ActivePresenter log file so we can check? To view the log:

  • In the Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.

Besides, if you see the crash report dialog appear like below:

Please select Report… then send the report content to us, so we can analyze the issue further.
