ActivePresenter freezes on opening a project that was created using an older version of ActivePresenter.
No error message is displayed and the application just does not respond. Each time the application freezes, I have to restart it.
ActivePresenter version: 9.0.4
OS: Windows 11
According to the log file you sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, your project was possibly corrupted because it was in the OneDrive sync folder while ActivePresenter was editing the project.
Please save the project to another folder on your computer and send us a copy of it so we can check further.
In case the project is large, it will create an external data folder named PROJECT_FILE_files. Please also send this folder along with the project file (.approj) to our support email: email@example.com so we can check further.
