Could not create project file error message

Problem: Trying to start new project and I keep getting message that COULD NOT CREATE PROJECT FILE WITH SPECIFIED NAME - All I have done is hit the record video option and immediately get the message. Unable to get any further.

ActivePresenter version:
8.3.2

OS:
Windows
Windows 10

Hi Deborah,

Some users reported that the problem came from antivirus software like Avast.
It wrongly blocked ActivePresenter from accessing some locations on their computer.
We are contacting them to fix this problem on their side.
In the meantime, please add ActivePresenter into the allowed list of the antivirus software if any.
