# Copy and pasting problems

Problem: Hello. I have a problem whenever I want to copy and paste elements. For example, whenever I copy and paste some elements, they always paste outside of their respective group, primarily on the top of the layer instead of inside the element’s group. Is there any workaround for this problem?

Saola Animate version: 3.1.4

OS: Windows

It’s not an issue, that’s how Saola Animate works, @AIZAT_KAMARUDIN. You can add the newly pasted element to the group by selecting the element and the group \> right-click \> **Add to Group**.
