Clicking a button to open a document

Is there a way to have users click a button that can open a printable document. For example, I want them to open a job aid (PDF)so they can save it or print it. I coudn’t find a tutorial on this if it’s even possible. If it is possible, do I place it somewhere in the zipped scorm file after I publish it to HTML5? Not sure where I would point them to. The document is not shared in the cloud or anything.

Hi @LindaB,

Please check the attached sample filePDF.approj (196 KB).

Basically, you just need to add a Open a Webpage action into the On Click event of the button. You need to upload the PDF document separately because adding a file to an SCORM package will not work correctly.
