Click Effects not working properly

Problem: Left-Click Effect, Concentric Circles not working

ActivePresenter version: 8

OS: Windows

Notes: When I record screen video, and with the Cursor Settings checked and Cursor Effect On, the Click Effects do not display in video. I set those effects to be Concentric Circles, opacity at 100, Size 20, red color. I have made opacity higher, and higher size, but no change made effects visible.

It would be helpful if you can share project having the issue and its external data folder named in the PROJECT_FILE_files to support@atomisystems.com so that we can check.
If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive then send the download link to us.

I sent an email with some screenshots of the settings, and the video I tried to record.

Thanks for sharing the files.

It seems ActivePresenter could not get the mouse interaction information from the target application so the problem. Can you please try running ActivePresenter as Administrator and recording again to see if it works?
