Change automatically generated words

Problem:
ActivePresenter Version: Version 8.0.7 - 64-bit build. (Sortie: 2020.05.29).
OS: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.

Notes: I am French and work with ActivePresenter in French version.
I am currently carrying out an exercise module for an English audience.
Consequently, I would like to modify the automatically generated words in the results table, in the results line, which appear in French (and not in English).
Is this possible?
