Can't record from external webcam in mac os Catalina

Problem:
I connect an external Walfront webcam to my mac, I can record from the same camera in PhotoBooth, Quicktime so drivers are OK. When I try to insert video into ActivePresenter, I can see the preview image but when I click record the image is lost and after I finishd the recording I get the warning message:
“Could not open the recorded webcam video: /Users//Documents/ActivePresenter/.ActivePresenterCachedProjects/Untitled_tempdir/webcam_20210321_23-57-53.mkv”
The application has both permission to access the camera and My Documents in the preferences.
I have tried restarting and shutting down my computer many times.

ActivePresenter version:
Version 8.3.2 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2021.01.26)
OS:
Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter so we can check? To view the log, click ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
