Record video freezes and no voice is recorded.

Hi rkraus,

Please share the log file named ActivePresenter.log at location %AppData%\ActivePresenter so we can check You just need to copy that path and paste into the Address bar of Explorer then press Enter to open that folder.

Please!!! is there an actual number to call for help!!! The video recording of my videos last about 10-2- seconds than I am unable to get any recording on my video. Please, I spent 300 dollars on a version that does not work. I never had a problem with the free version.

Hi,

It looks like you’re using a network folder as the Project Location. Please note that ActivePresenter can be extremely slow (you might think it freezes but it not) when reading/writing projects stored on network folder.

So please change the Project Location in the Preferences dialog to a folder on your local hard drive and try again.
