Cannot open mouse cursor properties pane

I wish to edit the mouse cursor settings in an already recorded Video, but cannot find/ open the mouse cursor properties:

Hi,

It seems that you didn’t select the video object yet. Please select the video object on Canvas or Timeline pane, then the video cursor settings will appear in the properties pane.
