Problem:
I have install ActivePresenter and my usual working interface will be Traditional Chinese.
When I open this program at the first time, I cannot create a new blank project (as attached file). I have try to uninstall and re-install this program, but the new blank project still cannot be created.
Is anyone could give me any advice?

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter? To view the log, click Preferences (the Gear icon) > Miscellaneous > View Log.

I had a problem when my C drive was full… (with overcrowded AppData folder)
