Can we go back to an unsaved video

Problem: Because I thought I had exported the video I did not saved it. Is there something that can be done? It was a three hours lesson : (

ActivePresenter version: 7.5.10

OS: El Capitan 10.11.6

If you forgot to save the recording, unfortunately, there is no way to recover it.
