Bug: drag target keeps increasing

Problem:
when there is infinity loop animation on a separate timeline for the drag target so it’s moving around, and when the drag target’s effect is set to zoom, whenever a drag source is dragged into it (even without releasing the drag source), the drag target will become bigger. eventually it becomes huge after dragging into it multiple times

ActivePresenter version: 8.2.3

This issue remains in v8.3.1
