Blurring names and silencing mouse clicks

Good Morning. I am working on a software simulations that includes some personal employee information that needs to be obscured. I inserted solid blocks but that ended up covering too much of the information. Is there a way to “blur” content? Also, is there a setting to turn of the mouse click audio? Thanks
