Regarding the problem, can you please try Run ActivePresenter as Administrator? If it persists, please share the log of ActivePresenter so we can check. To view the log, click ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.

Please also share a short recorded project so we can analyze further.
