Problem:

ActivePresenter Version: ActivePresenter Free Edition
Versão 8.0.6 (Liberada: 2020.04.28)

OS: Required.

Notes: Gostaria de saber, por favor: Tenho uma placa de som da m-audio onde faço minhas gravações. Ocorre que quando inicio o meu ActivePresenter me dá o erro: “FALHA AO INICIALIZAR A BIBLIOTECA MULTIMIDIA. Os recursos relacionados ao áudio/Video não funcionaram corretamente.”. Gostaria de saber porque o programa não aceita placa de som externa. Quando uso sem essa placa somente com a interna do notebook, não acontece esse erro.

Could you please share the log file so we can check?
To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.
