Background audio in MP4 export interrupted at each slide change

Problem: I need help with the audio playback in MP4 video export of a slide presentation in Activepresenter - free edition.
The audio ‘clicks’ or ‘hiccups’ with each change of slide. It doesn’t do this in the Activepresenter preview.
I have removed all transition and animation effects, and have used the highest quality settings in the video/audio export options.
Would you have any suggestions for what else I could do? This is for a memorial service montage (on Saturday 30 May - tomorrow), so would be nice if the background audio played smoothly.

Hi,

Could you please share the project which has the issue and its external data folder named in the PROJECT_FILE_files if any to support@atomisystems.com so we can check?

If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive then email to us.

Hi Steph,

We have just released the version 8.0.7 which includes a fix for this problem. Please update ActivePresenter and try again to see if it works on your computer.
