Problem:
Video link doesn’t autoplay and requires user to click twice to play, once to stop the circle spinning and then another click to press the play icon.
ActivePresenter version: 7
OS: Windows
Notes: User gets a “loading” icon that doesn’t stop spinning / whirring until they click on it. I need the user to just get a “Play” triangle to start the video.
ActivePresenter offers web objects to display a website or an HTML package directly in a slide. It has no interference with the video content of the third parties.
Could you consult the video provider or could you tell us your video provider so we can take a look for any solutions?
