# Auto-extract Subs from TTS

Hello 👋🏻 👋🏻,  
I have some hard time with subtitles in ActivePresenter.  
I use TTS with Amazon Polly and it’s a great feature, on the other hand adding subs it’s quite painful, as I need to manually generate the subs file and manually sync it in the timeline (assuming I’m following the correct procedure).  
Since text is already there, I wonder if you could generate subs automatically starting from the TTS data. Alternatively a SpeechToText feature is equally useful.  
I have quite a “simple” method to generate subs for a video, but things get ugly when I need to export to HTML or SCORM package.

Regarding adding Closed Caption automatically when generating TTS, we’ll consider supporting it in the future.
