When I open ActivePresenter I get this error.
“failed to initialize multimedia Library
Audio/Video related features will not function properly!!!”
The program will record video but no audio.
When I first installed the program it worked fine. Then it stopped. I should mention that I added a sound system to my PC and had to make some changes to the audio properties. Such as default devices.
What’s the problem here?
