Audio plays for only first slide.. goes mute afterwards

Problem: Hi there. I am using the free version of ActivePresenter to test it out for the company I am working for. I have ran into an issue, where the audio only plays for the first initial slide, and goes mute on further subsequent slides. This happens during the preview, and when I publish it to the LMS ActivePresenter Online.
