Audio Out of Sync after Export

I was working on a video and added a voice-over.
Audio and Video are in perfect sync while playing on the timeline, but when I export the video, audio and video are not synced anymore. I have worked with so many videos and never happened.

I also tried changing the frame rate from 30 to 24 but no luck.

Please Help.
