Audio not heard

I cannot hear anything on the playback of my recordings. I can see the audio bars when it is recording but when I play the video recording back I don’t hear anything. What am I doing wrong?

If the issue still occurs, please provide us with the following information:

  • The project file and its external data folder named in the form PROJECT_FILE_files if any.
  • The log of ActivePresenter: You can find the log file by going to Preferences >> Miscellaneous >> View Log button.
