AP 9.0.3 on MacOS13, webcam video only records when toolbar open

Problem: When Recording Screen as Video, the webcam video only records when the Recording toolbar is open on the screen. When the recording toolbar is minimised, the webcam pauses. All audio continues to record and the Screen continues to be captured, but the webcam video remains static until the toolbar is reopened, at which point it starts recording again.

ActivePresenter version: 9.0.3

OS: MacOS 13.0
