I have been using Amazon Poly for a few months, but yesterday it stopped working when I opened a Active Presenter project from a friend, who had created the project on a free version of AP. I use the Pro version.
I have created new “license keys” for poly and spent almost whole day to fix the problem in vain. Please help!
