# Alternative feedback layers to display when quiz is resumed

Problem: I have created a SCORM quiz and uploaded it to an LMS. Currently, when a user exits from the SCORM quiz halfway and resumes it, he or she will be shown the default “Resume Feedback” layer. I would like to find out if it is possible to program such that the user gets shown a customized feedback layer (not necessarily the default “Resume Feedback” layer) when he or she resumes the quiz? And is it possible to add conditions (for e.g. checking whether a quiz is completed or not) to determine which feedback layer to show upon resuming? Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, you can customize this behavior.

First, if you only want to change the appearance or content of the default Resume Feedback layer, go to Feedback Master and edit the Resume Feedback layer there.

In addition, the Resume Feedback layer is shown from the Project On Load event when `apLastSessionIncomplete` is `True`. You can modify this event and add your own Show Feedback Layer actions with the conditions you need.

For example, you can combine `apLastSessionIncomplete` with another condition or variable that checks whether the quiz has been completed, and then show different feedback layers accordingly.
