All words appearing misspelled "Spelling Error"

All of my text appears to be spelled wrong. I did not change the language, it is still set to English. I also uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and I am still having the same issue. Can someone help?

Hi,

Please recheck your System Locale to see if its settings is English.
Then, try selecting the Use Unicode UTF-8 checkbox to see if the issue is addressed.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. Let’s try performing the steps below to see if it resolves the issue:

  • Uninstall ActivePresenter
  • Delete user data folder C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\ActivePresenter
  • Reinstall ActivePresenter

Also, try to change the Active Presenter UI language to check if that interferes with your OS language.
