Problem:
After trying to run the project, the program crashes

ActivePresenter version: ActivePresenter Free Edition
Wersja 8.5.2 - 64-bit build.

OS:
Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,

Did you see a crash reporting dialog when the issue occurred, or the program just hung up?
If the crash reporting dialog appears, please fill in your email address before sending, so we can analyze the problem.
Also, could you please share the log file of ActivePresenter to support@atomisystems.com?
To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon).
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.

A dialog box popped up. I reported the failure by providing my e-mail.
I have sent the ActivePresenter log file to the address provided

Hi Adam,

Thanks for sending the report.
Do you use the 16-bit display setting? If yes, please switch the setting to 32-bit to see if it works?

Thank you very much. It worked. Indeed a few weeks ago I changed my display settings to 16 bit to use some old program.
