Hi,

We will check this problem and try to get back to you soon.

Regards,

Thank you for your response

No problem…I can wait for you next reply

Hi Sushil,

It seems the problem is related to the original audio. Its quality is not good enough and some devices can reduce the effect while playing but the others don’t.
Did you record the audio with ActivePresenter and the internal microphone of your computer?

Regards,

Dear Phuong Sir

I have tried with system internal microphone as well as external microphone but unlucky I am facing same problem.
I don’t know why
but When I record my voice using Audacity software there is good :relieved: audio quality and also play in both devices mobile as well as laptop

Let me know if you need any information from my side.

Thanks for your information.

That is a strange issue. Can you please share a simple ActivePresenter project file which has an audio recorded with the external microphone so we can check? You can create a blank project then insert an audio object and select the Record button on the Properties pane.

Regards,

Yes, I can.

If you need more information please let me know.

Hi Sushil,

Unfortunately, we still could not find out the reason for this issue.

When we test your audio with our audio devices (some on the same computer), on some of them (A), the voice is quite clear while on some other devices (B), it is nearly silent.

It is weird that when opening it with Audacity, the wave is very clearly and amplitude is high. And we also inserted some other voices to it then export to a wav file. But when we play the exported file, your audio part is nearly silent and our audio part is still clear on devices of group (B).

We understand that ActivePresenter may contribute to the effect of this problem on your computer but we need more time to understand what happened.

Regards,

Thank u for your reply

It’s ok if you need more time to identify actual issue but whenever you get solutions for the same please do reply

We have just found out a clue. It is called Out of Phase Stereo: (Out of Phase Stereo - Wikipedia).

But, I am not sure why it happens with your computer. Do you use any additional audio turning software?

For existing projects, you can try the following steps to fix:

  • Right-click the audio object, then select Export To File.
  • Select the WAV format.
  • Open the exported file with Audacity and remove one channel ( I assume you have experience with it)
  • Export the audio to a WAV file then imported back into ActivePresenter.

Regards,

Sure I will that as per suggestion
Let see what happen
