I had a running version 6.x of ActivePresenter free on my Win10 machine. Yesterday I updated to V7. During the installation the system told me that there were some files I had to delete on my own. I skipped this step and went on with the installation.
Every time I open AP it crashes. It tells me it can’t write the Softwarepresentation into the folder. I de-installed the program, went back to V6 - same thing. Back to V7 - still broken. Is this something known?
(I want to take a screencast, not full size. I changed the size - without any positiv result.)
