Activepresenter version 8.0. Windows blue screen (crashes)

I get a blue screen and PC reboots when I click to export video.
Error message on Blue screen is:

“Thread stuck in device driver”

Please support. Thank you

Hi Jose,

It seems to be a graphics driver problem, so the issue. Can you please try updating graphics driver to see if it works?
