Good morning, Thanks for reaching out with your question! If you’re new to instructional design and e-learning, both **uPresenter** and **ActivePresenter** can support your content creation journey, each with its own strengths. ❣ **uPresenter** ([https://upresenter.ai/](https://upresenter.ai/)) is a web-based platform powered by AI, ideal for quickly creating lessons, quizzes, and educational content without requiring design or technical skills. You and learners can track learning progress in the same platform. It’s great for starting with interactive presentations and learning materials in just a few clicks. ❣ **ActivePresenter** ([ActivePresenter - The Best Authoring Tool for eLearning Design](https://atomisystems.com/activepresenter/)), on the other hand, is a desktop application that offers more advanced features such as screen recording, basic to advanced video editing, and deeper interaction design. It’s especially useful when you’re ready to build full eLearning courses with SCORM/xAPI support. We recommend trying both! You can start simple with uPresenter to explore ideas and AI-powered content generation. If you’d like to take a different path that focuses on creating interactive eLearning combined with screen recording and video editing, ActivePresenter is a great option to explore. Let us know if you’d like some tutorials or examples to help you get started with either platform. Have a great time 🙂 BR, --- _[View the full topic](https://talk.atomisystems.com/t/activepresenter-or-upresenter/9469)._
