Hi @Diksha, Please check the cached folder to see if your file is present. C:\Users<user_name>\Documents\ActivePresenter.ActivePresenterCachedProjects Kindly note that “.ActivePresenterCachedProjects” is a hidden folder so you might need to turn on the “Show Hidden Files” option to see it. If you find your video here, you can copy it to another folder and open it with ActivePresenter for editing. Otherwise, there is no way to recover it, unfortunately. BR, Thuy
