Problem: I’m using ActiverPresenter on my MacBook Pro. When I open the program I get the error message: “Cannot get the official hostname (error 0: Undefined error: 0)”. But then I can use the program to build my slides.
When I start recording audio then the program crashes all the time at random points. Some recordings work, but most of the time it crashes after a couple of seconds. I do not get an error message then.
ActivePresenter Version: 7.3.3
OS: macOS Mojave (10.14) and also on macOS High Sierra (10.13)
