Activepresenter cut option not working

Problem: Active presenter was working perfectly, but today after recording my screen, when I select a part of the vedio to cut, delete buttom becom active but when I click to remove nothing happens,

ActivePresenter version: 8.2 and 8.5

OS: Windows 10

Notes:
I am using almost a year, working fine.
anyone can help?

Hi Zia,

Can you please tell if the issue happens with every project or just a specific one?
If it happens with only one project, please share the project and its external data folder named the PROJECT_FILE_files pattern if any so we can check. You can upload to a cloud storage site then send the link to support@atomisystems.com.

Thanks for teploying, yes it was that specific video, I don’t know what was wrong, but I exproted first and then the exprted video is now can be edited.
