activepresenter cannot showing audio after recording video
Hi,
Please make sure you have clicked the Audio icon to enable it before recording.
Please provide the ActivePresenter log file to support@atomisystems.com so that we can further check it if you turned on the audio but the audio didn’t appear after recording.
To view the log, in Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon) > Miscellaneous > View Log.
