ActivePresenter Application Suddenly Closes or Crashes

I start up ActivePresenter and, after a minute or two, it suddenly disappears from my display. This is happening regularly. When I open up the task manager ActivePresenter is not among the tasks but it does show up in the background processes.

Hi,

Could you please share the log file so we can check? To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon).
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.
