Problem:active presenter app always hangs it doesnt load and it made me wait for 15 minutes and still has a problem namely activepresenter(not responding)
ActivePresenter Version: 8.0.7.

Please ignore our previous response since we have probably identified the cause of problem incorrectly.
We could not reproduce the issue in our tests with similar environment settings.
Do you use any Antivirus or Firewall program?
Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter at C:\Users<your_user_name>\AppData\Roaming\ActivePresenter\ActivePresenter.log so we can check?
