Hi there. My newly activated ActivePresenter 9 account is failing to export to video files created in ActivePresenter 8. I tried shortening the file name and saving to a different location, but these tactics did not result in success. Kindly advise and thanks very much.

Please send the ActivePresenter log file to support@atomisystems.com so we can have a look at it.
To view the log, click the ActivePresenter button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
