Activepresenter 9.0.6 closing abruptly whenever Exporting a Video File in MacOS

I have been using Activepresenter for years now and I love the product. But this 9th version is giving me headache. Whenever i am trying to Export a project to Video, it is abruptly closing in MacOS. When I uninstalled this 9th version and installed the 8.5.8 version it is working just fine with the same project which i wanted to export to video. I have also tried with different project but in vain. I think there is a major bug in this 9th version for MacOS as for windows it is working just fine. I have omitted a large portion of the error report below due to character constraint.

Hi @Arnit_Dey,

After checking, we couldn’t find out any strange thing. It seems that your projects have something special so they got the error.
It would be a great help if you could share one project with its external data folder (named PROJECT_FILE_files) (if any) via support@atomisystems.com so that we can test.
To know how to send project and external data folder, you can see this video How to Send Projects with External Data Folders - ActivePresenter 8 - YouTube
If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive and then email us with the download link.

Screen Recording of the issue

Have uploaded the Screen Recording of the issue, see for yourself how after screen recording from activepresenter, when i am about to export it to video it shut down automatically. I have also attached the new log file, and the Error message which i receive from Apple to be reported to them.

And if my project has something special in it then how come it is working absolutely fine with the windows version of Activepresenter 9.0.6?

We have conducted a test on macOS M1 using the same parameters as yours and have found that everything is functioning correctly.
To be honest, we are uncertain about the precise cause of your issue.
We’re further investigating this situation but in the meantime, you can proceed with recording your screen using ActivePresenter 8.

Then atleast can you guide how to do a complete clean reinstallation so that all the cache and customised settings are cleared? As i have reinstalled it multiple times and have noticed that the customised setting are retained. If somehow i can do a clean installation then this problem might go away.

Please follow the path /Users/arnitdey/Library/Application Support/ActivePresenter/ and delete the ActivePresenter folder, @Arnit_Dey.

I did it but again for the 1st time it happened the same. Below is the log for that. But when I restarted the application and this 2nd time chose the Format ‘MP4 (H.264, AAC)’ instead of ‘MP4 (HEVC, AAC)’, it worked fine.

And when i tried again for the 3rd time with Format ‘MP4 (HEVC, AAC)’, it worked fine. Thank you for the guidance above regarding clearing the cache.
